First Foods and Playmates

The pups were introduced to solid "mush" that looks as unappealing as it smells. They do not share this opinion, it seems, since they dive right in and scarf it down. All things considered, their first introduction to solid food was decidedly uneventful.

More interesting are their playful antics. Little Lightening lives up to her name - she streaks across the floor faster that we can believe. It's not clear what she's after most times. She just wants to go "there" now. All the pups are practicing snarls and growls and frightening yips. They all play, then step back and watch for a bit, then play, and then they snuggle up in a pile. We adore them.
